how easy is it to take off the front and rear bumper? for installing a body kit and so forth?

To remove the front bumper takes a lot of work! There are something like 4 bolts on top, 10 underneath, and 2 on the inside of each wheelwell (special tools needed and a skinny arm, very difficult for me), plus you unplug the sidemarkers and remove the foglights. Check out BananaGS's website. I believe there are instructions there on removing the front bumper.
