Default Rebuilding BC Coilovers - Reassembly

I recently got a set of stiffer swift springs for my bc coilovers.
The disassembly of the coil over seems relatively simple, with the use of a spring compressor of course....

But the reassembly is something that I've seen different answers for:
Whats the best way to go about tightening the top nut (the one on the very top of the coil over?)

BC has a video which shows a guy using a hex key socket (to hold the coil over still) and a ratcheting wrench to tighten it down (by hand)... is that really enough to tighten that top nut?

Some people have said to hit it with an impact or torque it down to ?130 ftlbs??
How would one hold down the coil over while its being torqued? The body is round and would be difficult to hold while someone is reaming on it to 100+ ftlbs!!

If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know!

In the past I've just used the longest hex key I had on hand with a box end wrench. Triple digit ft lbs of torque on that top nut is excessive in my opinion.

On searching again I found 60 as the recommended spot (here on CL in an old LS post).
