Any aftermarket part will not void your complete factory warranty. Any issues that could be caused by the part could be void. For example if you put RSR down springs on the car and then have balljoint wear, suspension bushing issues, or blown stock struts you might have to pay for it out of pocket.

I'm new to Lexus, but I've lowered and put wheels on every new car/truck I have purchased. I have not needed any work on the suspension, and haven't had any issue with other warranty work done. Just make sure you buy quality components and know the limits of the stock suspension angels.

In a word yes. There's a definite difference you can still feel with the RSR springs. You won't regret getting them

Any springs that have a higher spring rate than your stock springs WILL contribute to pre-mature failure of your stock shocks Period..

The question is how much sooner. If the roads at your city is smooth and flat, the shocks will last longer since the stiffer springs will not get enough chance to kill them. Bumpier roads will kill your shocks sooner.

No worry about OEM strut being blown or premature wear because OUR CAR IS NEW CAR, for example if you buy a 2nd gen IS that is 7-10 years and you put a brand new RSR down springs on it well if you drive on a smooth road with 100% NO POTHOLES you're be OK but if you drive over or bump or pothole a lot, it will bottom out and blown the strut in no time, no matter how long, i'm talking about regular Strut, we are lucky LEXUS IS using Tokico Sport Strut Tokico Japan designs sport Strut for years and their Strut is compatible with LOWERING SPRING, it definitely last longer than normal Strut, Tokico Strut isn't like Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla Struts.

One more thing, RSR down is Japanese Made + Tokico Japan on a Japanese Luxury car = a great combo ! My boss at our Shop driving 09 IS250 AWD lowered 1,4 inch on OEM STRUT for more than a year now = no problem at all, that cheap bastard won't let go his 2nd IS250, i wondered why his IS250 don't get Carbon Buildup lol.

A note for AWD car : if you lower more than 1.5 inch you might get Driveshaft boot crack or premature wear, and the tires of course camber wear inward because of negative -2 or more camber in the rear for 3IS, for 2IS get -2 negative camber all arounds on AWD car. how to fix ? = CAMBER KITS !

i used rsr super downs for 6 months then switched to downs which Ive had for another 6 months. Currently I'm experiencing a leaking front driver strut and a leaking rear axle shaft, looks like a boot leak if anything. Should be fun figuring out if i want to go to the dealership or not... Coming from a fbo reflashed is200t on 20s
