Default Dont buy cheap ebay balljoints

Luckily they didn't fail while I was driving but I bought some cheaper ebay balljoints, along with "four front lower control arm bushing." Had them on since December of last year, got an alignment and everything and they felt fine. Exactly one year later I go to get an alignment (a couple days ago) after installing new inner/outer tie rods and upper a-arms and the Hibdon informs me that it cannot be aligned because of how badly worn the tie rods are. (warranty was for 1 year or 20k miles) so I get no refund either.. Don't buy china suspension parts, they're trash. Shame on me.

Because people buy this ****, it's cheap. I am informing people of my experience.

Low price and low quality aren't always mutually exclusive.

In this case they are.

Maybe this thread can be morphed into one where members talk about their experiences with chinese parts, because whether we like it or not, our economy is flooded with chinese product.

99% of the time it is, most people know water is wet. Your post should be the reverse a Good Review of a cheap Product, rather that a Bad review for a Cheap product, which just sound like a Complaint...

The caster bushings and lower control arm bushings that came with the balljoints, all for $100, are still going strong. They were the same as oem as far as I could tell.

And that 99% figure is bs.

when i actively drove her (she is a garage queen now) i changed them every year or every 2 years just to be on the safe side. they arent a expensive part so it just eased my mine. i tried the moog ones with the zerk grease fitting and i didnt like them, they made noises i just didnt care for
