L-Tuned Shocks & Springs on GS300

Aesthetics aside, can the L-Tuned shock/spring set-up be added to a GS300 with the factory wheels installed, or should I seriously consider changing wheels & tires at the same time?

Yes - you can do the springs and shocks with factory wheels, 16s or 17s, with no problems at all.
