Is350 f sport brakes squealing!!!
I have a is350 f sport 2016 with 3800 miles and the brakes are squeaking when coming to a stop already. Is there any alternative pads i can purchase with less dust but still have that good bite of the original pad?

nope. by definition that is impossible.
take it to the dealer they'll probably clean the backing plate of the pads, the brackets and shims in the carrier, and possibly the caliper guide pins and reseat everything.
