planning on getting these coilovers for the gs. no adjustable dampening, which i prefer. anyone have any experience with these. are they stiff compared to other coilover systems? also i was wondering if i can still use my trd strut tower brace? and finally i got a place quoted me 1200. shipped. should i jump on it? i have heard good things about these. anyone care to add any thoughts? thanx!

Default JIC infor for SC

Don't know if this will help for your GS but Manaray put some JIC SF-1's on his SC400 and has some reviews in the SC forum section. Manaray is a firm believer in the JIC stuff. I think its titled "previews of things going on project car" or somthing like that. He has told me that the adjustible dampering thing is way over rated and he has rarely adjusting his coilovers on his GS. He told me that there is no need for that adjustment with the JIC and the ride is much firmer but still "stock" Look in the SC forum there are photos and such. I think www.overboost.com - JIC coilover install, did a install on a GS using the JIC SF-1's if you wanna see the install on a GS. Hope this helps some...

For something confortable, I like the Tein CS. I have a set but am waiting to install until I get my new wheels. For track use I like the Tein RA's but they are special order. I have the JIC FLT-A2's on my Maxima. Not bad but I like Tein better for street applications.
