Default Suspension

Going to a rally this coming Saturday, I have 08 Lexus IS250 stock motor, I have adjustable damping, what is the best damping position for the front and the rear?

Rally? As in off-road (dirt/gravel)? Guessing that the road will be rough; so I'd raise the suspension and set to max stiffness to avoid bottoming out. Exactly what suspension pkg are you running?

My apologies, I should of been more specific. It's not dirt or gravel, is in our local roadway. It has tight turns and great straightaway. My suspension set up is JSK adjustable coilover system with 16 adjustable damping.

Personally, I'd keep it at where you're most comfortable and use to it.

Since it's a local roadway and not a track I'd keep it where you already have it at or just a hair stiffer if you'd like but I don't think it'll make a big difference.

Hey guys, Thank you for your advice. I kept it stiff in the front at 14 and rear at 12, the car handled real well in the corners. I lowered the front a bit more to get the corners nice and tight, it did not fish tailed on me, my speed around the corners were about 60mph and I reached 110 on a straight way, but I was passed by corvette and dodge challengers like I was standing still. I had a great time and the IS250 performed well and was hanging with the v8, oh did I mention we had an AUSTIN MARTIN!! I'm going to post a pic of my car set for that day.
