Starter Clanging on starup

My 2007 IS 250 AWD makes a noise(delay clanging sound) for about two seconds on startup and then goes away. This happens when the engine is warm. Any suggestion? Not sure if there were previous post on this issue.

Search for the "cam rattle" on here. It's the cam gears, and unfortunately the IS250 does not have a recall on them...but the IS350 does.
