Yes f sport all the way, much better if you replace both front and back though and make sure you get your specific year as there were two different kinds for the rear will drive IS250 and is350 depending on year, 2006-2008 was one design and 2009-2013 was another design only for the front sway bar. Rear was the same.

^^^^Not sure what your asking. I have an ISF and I've had the F-Sport rear sway on it for almost seven years now. I sold my stock rear sway to an IS350 owner, who said he loved it. We both came out happy.
See the chart I compiled a few years ago listing sway bar diameters. I crawled under a few ISX50s at a dealers and measured. They thought I was nuts
I'm on an IS-C, but the rear sway makes a huge difference. It's immediately noticeable with no perceptible drawbacks to ride quality - it clearly is in my opinion the only "must have" mod for this line of vehicles. Turns are much stronger and more confident (the Convertible has massive body roll, even in FSport guise).
I'll install the front sway shortly, I just wanted to see and compare the differences between the two. I'm hoping the front will make it more precise and sharp, as I feel as reported by most people who've only done the rear that there is a slight tendency to oversteer.

The F-Sport front sway bar is definitely stiffer than the IS F factory bar. The IS F bar is actually about 0.2mm larger in diameter but has a much thinner wall. I went from the F-Sport front bar to the IS F factory bar about a year ago and the IS F bar is much lighter. After install the car was definitely a bit more tail happy, but within reason. I find the balance of the IS F front bar and the F-Sport rear bar to be pretty fun, and on top of that I haven't gotten any clunking noises in cold Canadian weather any longer.
Also, there are 3 different rear sway bars for the ISx50 RWD, though I assume you did all your measurements on an 06-08 car?
Do you happen to remember what year of car you were measuring?
I've got a set of 2009-13 non-sport RWD bars I could measure, but I'm curious about the 2009-13 sport RWD rear bar diameter as well as the 06-08 RWD bar diameters.

It's not too stiff like it would be if you had stiffer springs. But it makes the car feel better going in and out of lanes and makes you feel more confident. It really improved my handling.

Yeah. Mine already had the "blue" accessory F springs/shocks installed on it, so they're actually an upgrade to the FSport package parts. I changed the wheels so I'm running Michelin PSS on it, so the handling of the car wasn't awful to begin with but the rear sway still made a huge difference. Going to install the front sway next week to see if there really is any improvement.
The forum consensus seems to have changed from getting the rear bar only to getting both done, so that's the recommendation I would go with. It's not a significant additional cost.
