Default 06-08 Solution to brake dust issues?

I know the 06-08 IS models are notorious for the brake dust issues mainly in the front. It's gotten so bad on my daily driver that the dust has actually burned/stained my stock chrome wheels.

SOLUTION: replace OEM chrome wheels with after market black faced work meisters!

ISSUE: I still find my self wiping the lips almost every day. I've tried low brake dust pads but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

There is a TSB with updated part numbers for OEM pads. Search around for it. I brought it back to the dealer and had the work done. Took care of the issue.

This is from Jeff lange regarding the different oem brake pads:

04465-30410 is the original performance pad part number. It is still available (factory used on 06-08 USA models and 06-12 Canada models)
04465-30400 is the low-dust optional pad part number. (factory used on 09-12 USA models)
04465-30450 is the TSIB brake pads meant to address the front brake squeal on IS/GS models. They are to be used in conjunction with new shims and rotors (04945-30330, 43512-30350 and 43516-30040)

04465-30400 are the pads that would have come on your car, and they are the low dust pads. 04465-30450 would appear to me to also be low dust pads, since the TSIB lists them as replacing 04465-30400, however I have not used them, I do not know what their pad compound is. The high dust pads are Textar T4146, the low dust pads are NBK D6893H.

The Lexus low dust pads per TSB work and cut dust drastically. I had my fronts on 07 IS350 replaced at 30K miles at no charge.
