I just did a quick search and was surprised to see there wasn't a DIY for this as well.
Personally I'd have a shop, dealer or caliper reman service (just learned that a couple of those don't bother painting reman calipers though) do it but here's what I've found. Sorry, I don't have the Supra MKIV FSM section on the brakes but I'd grab that from MKIV.com here:
http://mkiv.com/manual/manualtt/brak...ent/index.html
First of all, DO NOT SPLIT THE CALIPER HALVES!! This is not necessary and apparently Toyota does not supply the internal O-rings you'd need to replace if you did. A result could be an unintentional leak due to improper sealing.
The pistons and seals are what you need to service.
The parts needed (OEM for reference) for the front MKIV TT calipers are:
47731-14110 piston x 8
04479-14140 seal kit x1 (covers both TT calipers)
Then I found several of these threads with some tips:
http://www.supraforums.com/forum/sho...lding-calipers
http://www.supraforums.com/forum/sho...ng-TT-calipers
http://www.supraforums.com/forum/sho...Brake-Calipers
And a link account2x posted a while back which seems to offer a similar procedure using Skyline R32 GT-R front and rear calipers:

thanks for all that, yea it seems like i won't be cracking them in half, it came with the interior seals but i don't wanna risk it, the caliper works, just one of the cylinders doesn't seem to be applying pressure because only half the pad is wearing. the rears i might not even rebuild now, they look pretty new. one caliper i already replaced cz i cracked the previous somehow around the bleeder valve.

thanks guys, i watched a Z32 caliper rebuild and found out what the metal rings were. this weekend looks like some nice weather so i'm gonna rebuild the front caliper and take a look at the rear, we'll see how they look.
