Default Lexus is350 2nd gen front brake rotors

Hi guys,
I need help on my car's front rotors...firstly i need the specs for the OEM rotors and then the specs on aftermarket rotors that might last longer? My car's rotors lasts about 30000km...
Any ideas?

If you want the rotors to last longer, you should run a pad that won't wear them as quickly. Changing to a different rotor will likely not change how long they last by any considerable margin.

Which specs are you looking for? Disc thickness?

How did you know your rotors are worn if you don't have any clue about the thickness?

My rotors did over 80,000 km , I feel that I need to press the brake pedal farther to starts braking, but I don't really know if the rotors are worn.
I use Akebono brake pads they last 28000 km and show no brake dust which I believe is a worn iron from the rotor.

I replaced my front OEM rotors with Centric high carbon rotors, they are excellent. They can be purchased from amazon for about $75-80 each...
LF rotor part # 125.44138
RF rotor part# 125.44137

The link below has specs
