Default Trailing arm bushing

Hey club just wanted to no if any have replaced the trAiling arm bushing located bt the rear knuckle bushings.I need help on how to go about pressing these out because of limited space due to the break shield.any help or advice iis welcomed.

use a press. you can remove the shield.

Do I have to remove the brake and rotors to take the shield off
