Air suspension leaking air after a few hours
Hey guys,
I'm new to CL and to air suspension. I have a good amount of knowledge when it comes to coilovers and what not but I haven't really mess around with air suspension as much before.
So, I recently got auto pilot V2 management with dual Viair 444c compressors wired up and installed last week by a friend and on the weekend, I installed the air struts myself. Just last night, I decided to do a leak test since I noticed that the psi on my gauges goes down over night.
So I pumped the bags to 60 psi on the rear evenly. Left it over night and the following morning, the gauges read 58 for the left and 38 for the right.
So I tested it again when I got to work. Left the fronts at 95 psi and the rears to 115 psi evenly. I got back 4 hours later and my fronts were at 93 psi and rears were 105 left and 101 right.
Is that normal for this set-up? Or is this something I have to check for leaks?
Also, when I was installing the air lines to the air struts, I didn't put any Teflon tape on the threads, would that be a problem? Or that's ok?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm gonna redo the connection on the air struts. Retrimming the air hoses that connects to the air strut fittings using this proper air line cutter, cleaning the threads on the air struts fittings, and use Teflon tape before screwing it back onto it. I rememeber I kind of rushed connecting the air lines on the struts so that would be my main source specially not having Teflon tape on the threads.
Cut the lines clean and square and Teflon should hopefully do the job.
