Default Camber Specs After Lowering | Coils | Super Downs

Hey all,

I am lowered on coilovers and I was trying to get a sense of how low I can go on the front before my camber would be considered out of spec. I am scheduled for an alignment this weekend and wanted to drop the car on the front another quarter to three eights on the front. Current gap is 3" from the top of the wheel (19" wheels) to the bottom of the fender. Looking to be at or around 2.625" - 2.75"

People lowered on Super Downs, were you able to bring the camber within factory spec?

People lowered on Coilovers, were you able to bring the camber within factory spec? How low did you go?

Thanks in advance!

Just had my car on an alignment machine today

Front (L) 1.5
Front (R) 1.3

Rear (L) 2.4
Rear (R) 2.0

The only camber in spec was the passenger side rear and that's probably the max tolerance too lol.
Everything else was out of spec.

This is on 19" wheels 19x8 + 30 (235/35/19) up front, 19x9.5 +39 (265/30/19) in the rear and lowered on RSR Down springs.
Thus you could definitely imagine that anything lower would naturally be out of spec, unless you were to get a camber kit

Hope this helps.

Thanks! This helps a lot.

Would you be able to measure the distance between the top of your wheel and the bottom of the fender on the front and the back?

I''ll take some measurements tomorrow to compare...

Ouu, I forgot about this thread sorry. I'll get a tape measure out tomorrow and get those pics or numbers for ya. Not sure if i'll be able to find perfectly leveled ground though.

So is there anything you can buy to get camber in spec after springs install?

Rears you have a couple of options, fronts - not so much.
