I was actually able to figure mine out finally with BC's help. So i had been using a 150lb impact gun to torque the center shock nut. I borrowed a 350lb one i guess that nut has to be seriously tight on that rear strut. I had tried many times always seemed tight as can be before. Anyways nice quite again
