ABS light on after wheel bearing
Hey guys, I recently changed the front driver side wheel bearing. After the installation I had no ABS light on, but the ABS were activating when coming to a full stop (pedal was kicking back and brakes were locking). The mechanic mentioned that he had to force the abs sensor out (since it was rusted) so it probably got damage.
Two days later I replaced the abs sensor ($162) and the problem of the abs locking got fixed but the ABS and traction control off light came on. I am trying to reset the computer by disconnecting the battery (both terminals for 5 minutes) but lights are still on.
Any suggestions?
Thank you

That doesn't work since the fault is latched in the abs computer. on the 2gs you need to put a jumper on the diagnostic port in the engine bay, then put ignition on and depress the brake pedal 8 times in 5 seconds.
check if you find a manual to get the pins you need to shorten out or get it to a dealer to reset the fault.
