Default What are these orange hub assemblies called

So i recently saw a video of this is f being detailed and really liked what seem to be hub assemblies. I was wondering what type of or brand these are or if theres anuthing similar

What you're seeing there is a painted/coated 2-pc aluminum brake rotor hat. You could technically do that paint job to any rotor.
