Default Recommendations on Megan rear arms

I recently purchased the Megan Rear upper camber arm no.2 MRS-LX-0311 and the Megan Rear toe arm MRS-LX-0371? I am looking to get 0 toe and approximately -1.0 camber. What is the purpose of and do I need to get the Megan Rear upper no.1 Arm MRS-LX-0321? Also, do these arms add to a more stiffer ride and increase handling?
Im only lowered on Tein S Tech springs but my rear tires are shot on the inner part but the outter part still has a good amount on it left.

MRS-LX-0321 is not necessary. The arms don't affect ride quality. "Flip" the tires! Have the tire shop dismount the tire off of the wheels and swap them side-to-side. The worn inner portions of the tires will now be on the outer portion of the wheels.

When the car is low enough, and the camber is adjusted positive. the stock toe eccentric may not allow you to adjust toe into specification. But thats pretty damn low.
