Will 93-97 GS springs/shocks Fit a 98-02 GS 300?

My buddy says that he probably can get me some high performance springs/shocks for a 98-02 GS 300 im wondering will they fit my 94 GS 300?

No, they won't work. Those parts are not interchangable between the first and second gen GSs.
