Default rear brake install IS 350

any DIY on rear brake pads install for the 2006 IS 350 here. thank you

While in there, check the calipers to ensure they have not seized up. Both calipers on my '06 IS350 were seized and I ended up replacing them with new OEM units. This was only at ~60k miles too.

hope you didnt take your car to the dealer about the seizing issue....
i just had the same problem with my 2008 IS350, both rear caliper lower pin was seizing
the dealer said they not sure if they can fix the problem, probably will have to replace the entire caliper

took it to my buddy's garage, torched it for a few minutes and the pin came out
cleaned it lubed it up and popped everything back in and good as new
only part if paid for was the rubber boot for the lower pin

^Oh no, I DIY everything I possibly can. Trust me, my friend and I beat on my calipers and used all the heat we had...but mine were toast. My car was previously at the dealership @ 20k miles for the slide pin seal recall. But obviously the fix they had to offer wasn't the solution.
