Default Lighting up ABS/VSC over 120km/h

Hello, can anybody help me, what's wrong? I have GS300(1998).
When I drive over 120km/h ABS and VSC turns off. It becomes after I hit a hole in the road, my mechanic changed ABS sensor in that wheel, but it doesn't fix it. And he doesn't know, what it shoud be.

He doesn't have diagnostics for this car. He told me, in some manual could be something to diagnose the failure. He didn't find the manual. I really like cars, but I don't understand them much.

Could anybody help me, please? Thanks a lot.
