Default *** Inconsistent Brake Pedal ***

08 IS250 107k The issue I'm having is my brake pedal feels incosistent. When I first get in the car and drive the pedal feels normal, after a few minutes of driving the pedal starts to feel hard and very sensitive. Any of you fellow IS owners ever had this happen to you? What was the fix? Any ideas what it could be? Thanks for any info.

You want the brakes to be sensitive. Inconsistent braking could be caused by the Brake Fluid or the Master Cylinder all together.

Have you been changing the fluid every 30k mi?
