So i'm wondering my friend works at a U pull it place. He just text me talking about he can get me 98 LS400 brake calipers front and back for me. He asked me what do you want to pay for them so that my question how much are those worth used??? If anyone can help me out it would be great.

With a connection, you might be able to get the fronts for under $100. They usually go for closer to $150. Read up on whether the rears will fit. I've read mostly No, but also some Yes.

Yeah he's saying $100 for the front calipers with bolts. I don't think the back will work.

The answer is it's all about supply and demand in your area. The usual price is around 40-60 per side for the fronts. Don't bother with the rears.

I got mine from a running 95 that just arrived at the junk yard 2 days prior for 60 each. Since they were still attached and haven't been sitting in the junkyard for a while, they didn't need a rebuild, so I didn't mind the price. If they had sat for a while, I would haggle on the price.

That's very true. So $100 is not a to bad of a deal for them

if they are in great condition 100 for 2 isn't bad. If its junkyard condition if you shop around online you can probably do a little better. you just want the fronts, you cannot use the LS rear ones on our cars.
