Default Need more clearance up front after roll & relocated bumper tabs

My brother rolled my fenders, flipped the liner and relocated the bumper tabs- The car needs to be lowered about half an inch more; what can be cut/bent back/modified to achieve more clearance in the front?

Loosen the locking bolts and turn the whole camber arm. It should be turned counter clock wise to increase camber and vice versa. Make sure you lock the bolts after you adjust your camber
