Default DIY Installation of Lowering Springs

I had Tein H.tech springs installed on my 2014 Lexus is350 F-sport. The left-rear is a quarter inch lower than the right-rear. Rather than try to get Tein to send me new, better matched rear springs, I was hoping to be able to simply add a 1/4" rubber pad under the top of the spring mounting perch rubber pad that I am assuming is above the spring -- like it was on my old BMW 325i (1988).

Does anybody know what the top of the spring mount looks like? Any pictures or instructions to remove the rear springs? Also, any opinion on whether what I want to do will work?

Thanks for the help!
