Default Bad ball joints already?

So I replaced my LBAs around 12k miles ago with moogs. They look to be in good shape, but when I leave a parking spot after the car is sitting, the car makes a creaking noise. Not nearly as bad as before, but it does. It doesn't do it at all while driving, just when I'm first leaving after the car is sitting. They look fine, and I doubt they are bad after not even a year but is it possible? I did look around and was able to move my swaybar endlinks side to side, should those be able to move like that? Is it possible that this is the creaking noise? Any input would be great thanks. I have greased the balljoints twice over the course of 12k miles as well.

How are your caster arm bushings? If those are bad they can kill ball joints relatively quick. I suspect your sway bar though. My sway bar end link had a loose bolt and made a big clunk when I'd go over bumps.
