Is it a good idea to get coil over for the is 350 f sport 2014 or leave it factory?

If you want a mild drop, get springs. But If you're looking to play with the ride height and other things to set it up perfectly the way you want, then you should get coilovers. Also, coilovers will generally ride better than just springs with stock shocks. Plus you'll be able to set custom dampening depending on the occasion. The factory system doesn't compare at all. The only cons of coilovers are the price, cost to install (unless you do it yourself which I did but it's a total pita), and you'll have to adjust it a few times before you finally get it perfect as far as ride height.

At this point i'm inclined to say J5 is your best bet. Not a huge fan of my RS-R sports anymore as they are way too damn soft (the springs). Not sure how J5 is but they probably have more spring rate options to choose from unlike rs-r.

Depends on if you're willing to do any fender modifications.
