Default Which brake rotors?

I have a 2009 2nd Gen IS 300 (South East Asia, Dubai) and both the front brake rotors are in need of a change.

I'm looking to buy the rotors online but most of them caters to the IS250 or IS350. Which model should I follow as the guideline? Will a Stoptech for IS350 fits on the 2IS 300?

I would measure your current rotors; my guess is that they are the IS250 spec. Do your front calipers look like this?

Calipers on my 2IS is smaller than that. Which measurement is needed? Circumference, thickness, diameter?

Smaller...really? So do your calipers even look like those (minus the customer black paint and logo of course)?

The O.D. (outer diameter); then search online for your replacement.
