Default Please Help, Crazy clicking/popping noise coming from my suspension

2006 Lexus IS250:
So i know it will be hard to diagnose without actually hearing the sound coming from the under-carriage of my car, but I will try to explain it as best as i can. It started when i went over a curb due to ice on the road. after I got an alignment, the car felt fine, and 2 different mechanics didnt see anything wrong with the bottom of my car/suspension.

Every time I go over an uneven surface at 10 miles an hour or less, there is this crazy clicking, popping noise from my suspension, like 2 pieces of metal ar rubbing against each other, or 2 pieces of plastic are hitting each other. if I go over a speed bump (mostly when I am going over it at an angle) at a slow speed, the clicking and popping comes from both the front and rear, seems to be coming out from my wheels, but deeper inside. I feel when the car changes directions at a slow speed, the popping will happen, or when the car slowly goes up and down, it will pop and click. I am not sure if it is the sway bars, or what, i have no idea about a cars suspension, other than the shocks and struts (which should be fine on my car, i checked them).

Does anyone have any idea what might be going wrong with my suspension. It is super loud and embarrasing!

I'd start by jacking up one side of the car and then put an additional jack under a tire/wheel and lift. Sees if something is binding or something.

So you are saying, "jack up the car near 1 of the wheels, then put a 2nd jack under that same wheels control arm, and move it up and down to see if that is the issue?" (in a nutshell)

^Yes! Please ensure proper stands are used and that the vehicle doesn't leave the stands when raising by the wheel/tire itself. Listen closely and look for any potential binding uses.
