Default RSR iSport Coilovers

Finally got mine on this weekend, Still playing with ride height and dampening before I get a alignment. I just want to say how nice these coils are and how great the customer service at RSR is. Back when i had my 07 IS 350 i put some coils on (will not say the brand) but they were very sub par. These coils ride anyway you want them to. I highly recommend.. If your wanting coils and are waiting for other (cheaper priced) ones. Dont, get these. Youll be happy...

Also anyone who has these already please feel free to chime in and tell me where yours are dialed in at. I have mine 11 clicks from the softest setting and I still think it may be to soft.

No complaints so far! The best coilovers, right along with Stance that I had on my 350z. I drive with mine set to about 25 all around. I'm thinking of getting stiffer springs for the rear though as the car sags a lot with people in it and overall feels too soft with the rs-r springs (sport coilovers). Does anyone know of a good (stiffer) alternative option? Some suggested swift springs...

If AVS Is not functioning I'm okay with that, but do you have a warning light on the dash as a result?

J5 coils allows the AVS feature to continue to work

AVS function is a gimmick. Car enthusiasts who pick up coils know better.

For car enthusiasts who want all the adjustability as I think most of us here do, its great.

But for the average joe, clicking over to sport+ and reducing the body roll for an on ramp is pretty much all most people need. I dont think its really a gimmick, just not for me.

i think the Sport+ feature is so awesome. When im lazy i can put it normal... if i wanna enjoy my drive i put on Sport+ .... i think this is better than popping open your hood and trunk to turn that dial down to have a comfortable ride and vice versa if you want it to be stiff.... unless you opt for Tein's coilovers with the adjustable whatever you call it or J5 with the AVS compatible coils.... RSR don't have any of that...

So you are saying that the AVS stiffness is noticeable to you and feels to stiff for you to drive around with? I would definitely not suggest coils for you then... Although I think you may be mistaken, the valving is different with coils and you can also adjust the height, none of which you can do with the stock shocks. I have RSR and the ride is better in my opinion and it isn't stiff all the way around...
