Hey there, been a long time lurker but just joined up to help a good friend figure out what's going on with his 06 is250 awd. He was hearing what he described as a clunk or rattle mainly from the front passenger side suspension/brake area... I took a look at it and it appeared that his dust/splash shield or whatever it's called was a little bent and may have been making contact with the wheel hub. So I bent it back a little bit and put the wheel back on and tried to recreate the noise. The clunk seemed to be gone but there still is a very significant noise that to me sounds like his shocks.

Our Fairbanks roads are pretty rough sometimes and his brother had hit a bump pretty hard awhile ago, hard enough to puncture 3 of his tires. Around that time is when the noise started showing up. I took a bunch of pictures if you'd like to see anything specific but also took a video of the noise and what we're doing to recreate the noise.
