Default Should I buy after martlet eBay parts?

I need to do my front suspension over so I'm not sure if I should buy front upper control arms, ball joints, tie rod end, lower control arms, and sway links from eBay and they are all aftermarket I don't want to buy it from eBay and a month later I need to do it over again

BigJeff,

I guess it depends on what part you buy. I have heard that Moog ball joints and control arms are very good. I was about to purchase some myself. Others may want to weigh in on this one.

I'd recommend Rock Auto... I'm getting a few parts from ebay, but only the ones RA didn't have in stock.

check amazon first. even before rock auto and ebay. i did a little of all 3 to get my suspension done. stick with moog parts. very good quality. still need #2 caster bushings but i think only daizen makes them. just shop around on those 3 and you will get best bang for the buck.G/L

Ive gotten those full suspension steering kits from ebay before for my 1990 Honda accord YEARS back and they are worth the money I would say. Came with like the full front end (control arms, inner/outer tie rods, ball joints, etc) But then again, i was also driving a 1990 honda accord and not an IS250 like i am now.

They are all refurbished parts even though the kits will say brand new. Cleaned up with a couple bolts here and there changed. It all really depends on what you are trying to get out of your replacement parts. For a quick fix OEM part on a stock car, I would do it (I actually did it). If your trying to get performance out of it, then I would look elsewhere

I have had moog suspension parts on my gs3 for 60k miles with no problems. I order off ebay but alot of stuff is just as cheap on Rock auto. They also have amazing customer service when there has been issues. It is the only company that has sent a replacement part before I returned the faulty parts. Therefore, no added down time waiting for parts to be returned and then new ones sent out. That alone keep me dealing with RA, price is just a added +!!

For OEM parts Sewell is great. Create an online account and you get discounts. Some of the OEM parts through Sewell have been the same prices as aftermarket.
