Default Stiffer Front or Rears for 3IS 350

Looking into a new suspension setup.

My previous car was FWD so all this rwd suspension stuff is new to me.

I would like more Oversteer than understeer.

I currently ONLY want a spring upgrade, as I'll do coilovers down the road when more come out.

Will a 3IS 350 do better with Stiffer rear spring rates, and softer front spring rates? Or Stiffer front, and softer rear?

first I would find out the OEM spring rates and then go up %15-25 (F&R). Stiffer sway bars will also help.

the IS is the wifey's, but I'll probably do the moding. I still have the GTR. Also, I didn't list our daily drivers

If you're looking to get coilovers in the future, I'd probably look into getting a set of sway bars in the meantime. TRD Japan has a set specifically built for the 3IS but they are a bit pricey:

Actually, i'm rethinking my choices with this car.

I'd be fine with a decent set of coilovers, I just want the adjust ability.

most off the shelf sets set front softer than rear for comfort...for racing, some put stiffer springs in front on front engine cars to reduce the front dive during hard braking on road coarse
