Why is this one only 198$? Are they the counterfeit ones then?

And anyone know why all the springs out so far that I've seen are for RWD only? To my knowledge, AWD/RWD have the exact suspension/springs.

I got mine for $210 shipped from an authorized dealer so $190+shipping sounds about right. Tein are known to be affordable so don't be surprised by these prices.

I will be buying a set and installing them myself. But was wondering if anyone has found a writeup on installation?

However, my main question is whether or not you need a spring compressor.

That's a good question.. I've never thought of that since my previous cars that I installed springs didn't need them.. Tiburon, 350Z, 07 STi..

$198 is totally legit.....You'd be surprised on the margins for Tein products and how affordable they are.
