Default Tanabe NF210's on SC400

I just did the drop on my 95 SC. I used kyb gr-2's all around with the Tanabe Sustec NF210's.

The ride is perfect.
The drop is OK to say the least. It's not going to slam your car but rather give it a sportier stance/ride. I have 18x9/19x10 setup and it eliminated the read whell gap and the the front wheel gap went from 3 fingers to about 1 and 3/4 fingers (the second one is tight to jam in, nuyk nyuk). So with that said, it's a great set of springs if you aren't looking to be hella flush or tucking rim. I'll try and post pics soon after she settles.

Cheers.

I have these on my sc300, just takes the extra height away, but does not drop it by any means. I still think the front sits a bit too high, could use a little less gap, but the springs ride great, and I already bottom out on lots of places like my driveway so I kind of like it at that height, I dunno how everyone slams their cars and have front lips that aren't getting destroyed.

Unhappy

Pics please. I'm ready to order the Tanabes and get away from my Espelir ride as I don't enjoy kidney damage any longer.

the front settled a bit more since last week. It's KYB's all around. The ride is superb.

So how stiff is the ride? I have GR-2s on the car already and have been looking at the NF210 springs but everywhere I read it says that its not stiff as other applications.

I want a LITTLE drop, but I want to basically eliminate body roll, make the car feel lighter than it is.

Try the Espliers for the best drop for springs (around 2 inches all the way around). These above also give a moderate drop for the money. Not bad at all.

Does your front passenger side sit higher than your front driver side? I have the same springs, about a quarter to half a inch difference. Checked the sway bars and links, all is correct. New shocks also.

That looks awesome! I have BC Racing coilovers and that is lower than mine sits at the moment. I quickly tired of bottoming out on NYC roads.

Looking Good!
