Here's a picture of all different size holes. Drilled with a drill press. And I have now cut them in to multiple tabs(I cut on the white lines). I will post a picture tomorrow afternoon of them cut and Saturday I will most defiantly have to make my jig.

okay I ****ed up the entire process !!!!
I purchased those ball joints without thinking and now because of that I cant continue until more money comes in **** life
I took the whole suspension off the car start to make the jig and sure enough a birdie told me to check the ball joint diameter on the spindle and sure enough the ball joint is not the right size
so I get a bonus Christmas check as soon as I get that money I gonna buy the correct sized adjustable rod end joint instead of the ball joint.
I have the best supplier in SoCal, BAKER PRECISION
If any questions about the items they sell ask me and will have the answer or get you one

I forgot all the sizing info but as soon as I purchase electronic measuring tool then I can get you exact measurements unless I find the picture lol
I also decided Im not going to use the ball joints and im going to go with tie rod ends as soon as I find a correct size pair
I never asked what company makes them but I purchased them through BAKER PRECISION located in long beach ca.
can you upload a picture of those custom taper studs your going to use! please!

I just purchased these chromolly studs from Mazda Trix located in Long Beach ca
They used these for there rx7 tie rods
well long story short the tapered end is perfection for the spindle
but the problem I have now encountered is that I have to purchase the tie rods as soon as money rolls in
LIFE IS PUT TOGETHER PIECE BY PIECE
