Exclamation 2016 IS350 F Sport AWD Brake kits from Rockauto

I need to replace my brakes but stealership is quoting $1700 for the fronts alone.

If I get this front and rear kit [https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...3792&pt=13824] from Rockauto, can I just keep the OEM calipers? I noticed they have a kit with calipers [https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...3792&pt=14204] as well but not sure if I can just retain the OEM ones

A local tech here has Akebono pads and Advic rotors for ~$1400 F/R installed...not sure what would be better option

Thanks in advance

That road warrior kit is overkill for your car but the price is right, shipping from rock auto isn't cheap to Canada because of the weight. Changing both rotors and pads isn't a very involved job if you have a jack and jack stands along with tools and some experience but if you don't it's better to pay someone to do it for you.

So no need to replace calipers?
Maybe https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo...53792&pt=13824 this would suffice then if the Street Warrior is overkill

Thanks

They're not usually replaced unless there is a problem with them, if you are not familiar with what the problems could be or how to install the anti squeal shims on the pads then maybe have a shop do the repair.

The only difference that I can see by the description of those 2 kits is $6 and stainless steel shims which I would rather have.
