Default Cheap suspension options?

I just bought my 2001 IS300 on Wednesday. I'd like to lower it soon, but I really can't spend more than $600. I don't just want to get springs though. If possible I want to get a full coil over set. Any advice for cheap mods? Thanks!

Cheap and suspension parts don't go together! You might as well torch the springs or cut them....

And the only coilovers you getting for 600 or anything close to that is used almost blown coulovers

I put Koni yellows on my 01, and the improvement was amazing. Took a while to get the adjustable rebound damping set just right, but it was absolutely worth the price and time to install. $550 shipped for all four.

stay away from coilovers less than $1000, most ride terribly compared to a good coil and strut setup. Not to mention from experience, they tend to corrode and seize up unless your car is a carpet queen/ fair weather driver.

For $600 you can't do much. Your best option would just be lowering springs. Check out tein or eibach. I had megan racing springs on my 240sx forever, and i can vouch that they're legit.

the lowest amount that you can find for a set of coilovers is like 650 dollars. those are the megan and CXracing brands. both of which are pretty good for normal everyday driving. i havent had megans before (im using CXracing) but i havent heard anything bad about them yet.

I put CXracing coilovers on my old 240sx just to get it sold and I was actually really surprised with the quality. I know you said you already got some but just a heads up
