Default Adjusting the headlights

Hey larry,

Sorry about that, he did reach out so I can help you, I just don't go on here too much. Lol don't really know how to use this forum lmao.

Anyways, i have a 2014 Lexus IS 250 F Sport lowered on RSR Super down Springs, once I lowered it the headlights were basically pointing straight down at the street, it was extremely annoying while driving on the highway because you kept seeing the lights bouncing. I took it to the shop that lowered it and the first thing they checked was a little bar in the rear left on the car by the springs, that is a bar that when you add more weight to the car, the lights adjust to compensate the angle the front moves up, but the lights didnt even move when he adjusted that.

The quick solution I told the guy to do, since that didn't work was to adjust them manually at the front. He basically took off the plastic that covers the radiators and the fan right by where you pop open the hood, and by the headlights seemed like it was a little below the headlights there was some screws that he adjusted with a wrench. He said he lifted it by like 2 inches and it seems to be much better. Im really picky about how i see the lights, so i think they should be raised a tad more.. But I personally wouldnt do it myself lol but he did it with the lights on to see them adjusting while he did it.

Hope this helps minion! Lol

Finally lol... Like he said I would recommend parking your car in front of your garage or a wall and turn on your headlights and adjust them accordingly making sure they are completely even! Good luck!

Half Down drop

Initial impressions: the ride is same as stock and the car dropped around 3/4 inch in the front and 1/2 inch in the rear

Its enough to minimize the fender gap and i would recommend it to those who can't go around town too low

Your setup is very nice. What wheels do you have?

If you lower the car using RS*R Down springs it doesn't effect the AVS on IS350 F Sport? How much lower is the car compared to stock springs? What would be an installation fee be for this?
