Some cars can fit larger disk rotors without changing the standard calipers. Is this possible for the GS300? If yes, what is the largest rotor size that can be fitted?

i doubt if it can be done. i recall when i took off my wheels, the pads are already at the rotor edge, so if that's the case fitting larger rotors won't help

not 100% sure though coz' everything is off now

There is no benefit to a bigger rotor unless you can fit a larger pad as well. Even that will provide marginal benefit.

go with OEM replacement rotor and pad like powerslot rotor, hawk pads. That would be the most cost effective solution for improve brake.

cost about $400 (no labor yet) or supra tt brake upgrade for arount $700+labor....
