I've been looking everywhere for information on doing this to my 1998 GS300.

My current setup from the previous owner is HSD coilovers and they just suck. I drove a friends SC400 with the Bilstein Gixxer Drew setup.......and was just like YES!

Can anyone tell me where to find a guide to accomplish this? If its been done and documented, I sure cant find it.

Coilovers have come a long way since 2007 dude. For that kinda cash you could just go with BC coilovers and custom spring rates.
