Anyone have the step-by-steps for the install for the L-Tuned Steering ECU? I know they were on the forum once before, but I can't seem to find them. I did a search but it didn't turn up much.

What exactly does the steering ECU do? Does it just retard?

it tighten up the steering wheel a bit for better control, especially at high speed
