Default making car less bouncy...

I know i cant do much but wanna see something.
I have lowering springs which made my ride really bouncy which i expected. But a friend of mine told me if i run less air in my tires, 30 psi instead of the 40psi i use, then the tires absorb more bumps and makes it less bouncy. I then told my dad this and he said no because it makes the tires softer and rides like its on marshmellows which causes more bounce. Any feedback on what to do? I have stretched lo pro tires so ride is bad anyway.
I know it wont make bouncing significantly better but its better than nothing lol.
Thanks.

Get properly valved shocks.

My guess is you went with stiffer springs but still have stock shocks. They're not meant to control a heavy spring and will prematurely wear out anyway.
