Default ANYONE WITH PSB(sewell problem solving bushings) PLEASE CHIME IN

Anyone on here who has those PSB problem solving polyurethane bushings sewell sells for the steering rack I think. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of putting these on the car. I would like a more solid feel that doesn't allow any movement of the steering wheel over bumps which I would think the polys do but I don't want a harsh ride. So anyone who has these let me know the pros and cons please. Thanks

I can't really think of any cons with these. I've been quite pleased with mine over the past 2 years and 32k miles.

Are they difficult to install?

I don't believe they're that difficult to install, but I went ahead and had a local Lexus mechanic do them anyway.

Edit:

Burny, here's the link to the DIY. You can decide if you're up for the challenge or not.

Couldn't stand them. Started to clunk and deform after about 8 months. Went with Roca's which are identical to OEM and have been happy ever since.

DMPesso, I'm not sure how hard you looked for an answer, but here's a thread that might point you in the right direction.

Firmed up the steering response a little for me. No issues with clunking or deforming. Very easy to install.

I have had them on my car for about two years (45K) no problems at all. Steering seems slightly firmer. Install was pretty straight forward maybe an hour tops. There are a few posts showing you how to diy.
