Default EBC set up on a IS350

Has any one tried the whole EBC set up rotors and red pads if are there any cons to doing it cause I just bought it (waiting on front rotors to come in) and now having second thoughts. Also does any know where I can get my calipers painted in San Diego.

I have the EBC Redstuff pads with Adam's Rotors and I like the combination. Just be ready because the bed-in period for the Redstuff pads suck. They are loud and dusty as hell until you break them in.

After that they are fantastic though. I'd buy another set.

Ok thanks. That what I've been reading and been giving me the second thoughts. I just hope it's good after the break in.

I have heard great reviews and from what I'm told the dust (if you care about that sort of thing) created is significantly lower on the reds than the yellows I was looking at. I went to the shop and they offered a lower price. Great customer service too. It was a brake set up I was looking at before I settled on my Stoptech set-up.

^^^ Nice! Did you find a place that can paint your calipers? It would be best if you can do that in one shot. Don't forget to post pics here when youre done.

thanks for the mention!

we specially only sell our two pad offering for that reason...
it's hard to find a good all-around that performs better over stock. without all the adverse effects a good pad has...it's a difficult trade-off.
