Default If you just wanted to lower SC 1 inch

If you just wanted to lower an SC300 1 inch what is the best way and cheapest. I cant stand the gap between the tire and the fender. I lowered by SC400 about 8 years ago 1in and I like that ratio. I don't need to stiffen the ride I just want to do it for cosmetic reasons. So having said that what would be the best (and cheapest) way to accomplish this???
