Installing rear upper control arms
I've looked everywhere and I cannot find anything on installing or removing the rear upper control arms. Im pretty mechanically inclined but steps and tips on doing this job will be a huge help for me! Anything would be appreciated, Thanks!

I just got mine replaced. I watched him for the majority of the progress. From what I saw, he lowered the sub frame to get to the bolts on one side. The other side he unbolted without any issue. I know that doesn't give you much, but maybe it'll provide you with an idea of which way to go. GL

Remove RLCA and shock assembly for workspace.
Unbolt and free upper ball joint from knuckle (may need a few good hammer whacks on RUCA).
Unbolt the two bolts connecting RUCA to subframe.
Finally, it should pull straight out with minimal effort.
Re-install in reverse order, torque to spec, then go get an aligment. Easy peasy

Thanks Gents. Now, as far as inspecting the ball joints whether theyre good or bad, can I just lift the car as I would normally or do I have to preload the suspension by jacking it up from the lower control arm?
