There are a couple of things that you should definitely have on hand before you do the install:
1) Jack
2) 2 jackstands
3) Wrench
4) Set of metric sockets (hex)
5) Phillips screwdriver
Jack the car up and put it on jackstands.
Use the Phillips screwdriver to take out the plastic engine undertray.
After that, look at the front sway and see what needs to be done for it to come off. I don't remember exactly, but I think that it's 4 bolts on each side and another plastic piece to which the tray bolts to.
Remember to put the front sway bar in with the ends pointing down, not up. Also, remember to grease the rubber bushings, so it doesn't squeak.
This is by no means a complete instructions list, but that should get you started. Also, you could use the search function and see if you can dig up more detailed explanations.
In general this is a simple do-it-yourself mod, if you have the tools and the time (took me ~ 3 hours total).
